Information on this website is provided for general business and service information. We try to keep it accurate, but service descriptions, availability, pricing and features may change.
3. Pricing and Quotations
Website services are advertised as starting from ₹2,999. This is a starting price, not a fixed price for every project. Final pricing depends on the agreed scope, number of pages, design requirements, content, e-commerce functionality, third-party integrations, hosting, domain requirements, maintenance and other requested work.
A quotation or project confirmation may define the final price, payment schedule, included work, revision allowance and delivery expectations. Applicable taxes or third-party charges may be additional where required or stated.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed before or during the project. Siterivo may require an advance or milestone payment before work begins or before certain project stages are delivered. Work may be paused if an agreed payment becomes overdue.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, text, images, logos, product information, account access and other materials reasonably required for the project. The client confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to use any content they supply.
6. Revisions and Scope Changes
Revisions are limited to the amount included in the agreed package or quotation. Requests that materially change the approved design, number of pages, functionality, integrations or project scope may require additional fees and additional delivery time.
7. Delivery Times
Any delivery estimate is based on the agreed scope and timely receipt of content, feedback, approvals and payments. Delays caused by missing materials, late approvals, third-party services, technical issues outside our control, or scope changes may extend the delivery date.
8. Domains, Hosting and Third-Party Services
Domains, hosting, premium themes, plugins, payment gateways, email services, APIs, stock media and other third-party products may have separate fees, terms, licences and renewal costs. Unless specifically included in writing, such costs are the client's responsibility.
Siterivo is not responsible for outages, policy changes, price changes, security incidents or service failures caused by independent third-party providers.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, after full payment the client may use the final website deliverables created specifically for their project. Siterivo retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable code, methods, templates, know-how and other materials not created exclusively for the client.
Third-party software, fonts, plugins, themes, media and other licensed items remain subject to their respective licence terms.
10. Portfolio Use
Unless a client requests confidentiality in writing, Siterivo may ask to display completed public-facing work as a portfolio example. We will not present a project as client work before it has actually been completed for that client.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
If a project is cancelled, any refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed, payments already earned for work performed, and non-refundable third-party costs already incurred. Specific cancellation or refund terms in an accepted quotation or written agreement will take priority.
12. Maintenance and Support
Unless ongoing maintenance is specifically included, post-launch updates, content changes, backups, security work, troubleshooting, renewals and future modifications may be charged separately.
13. No Guarantee of Business Results
We aim to build professional and functional websites, but we do not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, visitor numbers, sales, leads, revenue, advertising results or other business outcomes.
14. Acceptable Use
You must not use our website or request our services for unlawful, fraudulent, malicious or infringing activities. Siterivo may refuse or stop work where a project would violate applicable law, third-party rights or service-provider policies.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Siterivo will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website, third-party services, or a project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights, disputes relating to these Terms or Siterivo's services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our website and services evolve. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest version.
